These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myloveteddy.com and the Love Teddy service (together, the "Service"), operated by Growthify Solutions, trading as Love Teddy, a sole proprietorship registered in India with its principal place of business at Gaujajali, Bichli Teen Pani, Bareilly Road, Haldwani, Haldwani, Uttarakhand 263139, India ("Love Teddy", "we", "us"). By creating an account, building a gift, or making a payment on the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Love Teddy is

Love Teddy lets you build a private, animated gift page — a letter, memory timeline, scrapbook or card — from your own photos, text and an optional audio track. A gift can be built and previewed for free. Sharing a gift requires unlocking it with a one-time payment. Love Teddy is not a subscription product: there are no recurring charges.

2. Accounts and guest use

• You can start building a gift as a guest, before creating an account. A guest session is tied to a device/browser session and is not a substitute for a registered account.
• Creating an account ("claiming" your guest gifts) keeps everything you have already built and links it to your email and password.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a payment. Love Teddy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

3. Your content

Photos, text, audio and any other material you upload or write ("Your Content") remain yours. By uploading Your Content, you grant Love Teddy a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display it solely to build, host and deliver the gift you create — including to the recipient you choose to share it with. We do not use Your Content for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties except the service providers described in our Privacy Policy that we use to operate the Service (for example, our media hosting provider).

You confirm that you own or have the rights to everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's copyright, privacy or other rights. You are solely responsible for the content of the gifts you create.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• Attempt to access another user's account, gift or share link without authorisation;
• Probe, scan, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose we have not agreed to in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these Terms.

5. Payments

Unlocking a gift for sharing costs ₹199 per gift, one-time, payable in Indian Rupees. That is a promotional launch price, reduced from our standard price of ₹299; it applies for a limited period and may end or change as described in section 9. Some gift styles are priced differently. The price shown to you at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; Love Teddy does not store your card, UPI or bank details. Once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, your gift is unlocked immediately and the share link becomes active — this is the point of delivery for a digital good. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if a payment fails, is duplicated, or you want to request a refund.

6. Share links

Once unlocked, a gift gets a private share link. The link is not published, listed publicly, or indexed by search engines, but anyone who has the link can view the gift — treat it like you would a private photo album link, and only send it to the person(s) you intend. You can revoke a share link at any time from your account. Love Teddy is not responsible for content viewed by someone the link was forwarded to by you or the recipient.

7. Intellectual property

The Love Teddy name, logo, the "Teddy" mascot, the gift templates, animations and the underlying software are owned by Growthify Solutions or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service or its templates.

8. Availability of the Service

We work to keep the Service available and your gifts accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, outages at our hosting, payment or media providers, and faults outside our reasonable control can all interrupt access.

9. Changes to the Service, pricing and our policies

Love Teddy is an actively developing product and a growing business. We may add, change, withdraw or reprice features, templates, gift types and plans, and we may revise these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time as our business needs, operating costs, technology, payment partners or applicable law require. Any promotional or introductory price is offered for a limited period and may end or change at any time. Where a change is material we will update the "Last updated" date on the affected page and, where practical, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Changes apply going forward, not backwards. A new price, plan or policy applies to purchases made after it takes effect. It does not alter the terms on which you unlocked a gift you have already paid for, and we will never require a further payment to keep such a gift available.

10. Gifts you have already unlocked

We intend unlocked gifts to stay online and their share links to keep working for as long as we operate the Service. That is what the one-time payment buys: there is no expiry date, no renewal and no subscription. "For as long as we operate the Service" is the honest limit of that commitment — no business can promise to outlive itself — so if we ever have to retire the Service, discontinue a gift template, or materially change how long gifts are hosted, we will:

• give registered users at least 90 days' notice by email to the address on the account;
• keep affected gifts viewable and their share links working throughout that notice period; and
• provide a way to download the photos, text and other content in your gifts before anything is removed.

We may still remove or suspend an individual gift without that notice where these Terms or the law require it — for example content that breaches section 4, a payment that is charged back or reversed, or a valid legal or law-enforcement order.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Teddy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haldwani, Uttarakhand.
