Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Love Teddy (Growthify Solutions, trading as Love Teddy, Gaujajali, Bichli Teen Pani, Bareilly Road, Haldwani, Haldwani, Uttarakhand 263139, India) collects when you use myloveteddy.com, why we collect it, and how it is handled. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details — email address and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) when you register or claim a guest session.
• Gift content — the photos, text, recipient name, occasion and any audio you upload or type while building a gift.
• Payment details — when you unlock a gift, payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a transaction reference; we never receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Support messages — anything you send us at support@myloveteddy.com or via the contact form.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data (IP address, browser type, device type) logged by our servers for security and debugging.
• A view count on shared gift pages, used only to show you how many times your gift has been opened.
• Advertising and analytics cookies — the Meta (Facebook) Pixel sets its own cookies in your browser and records which pages you viewed and which steps of gift-making and checkout you reached. This runs on our own pages only; it is never loaded on a gift page you have been sent (see section 4).

2. How we use your information

• To build, save, and deliver your gifts and their private share links;
• To create and secure your account, including issuing and refreshing login sessions;
• To process payments and confirm that a gift should be unlocked;
• To respond to support requests;
• To keep the Service secure — for example, detecting abuse of the guest-account or upload systems;
• To measure and advertise the Service — understanding which pages and campaigns lead people to make a gift, and showing Love Teddy ads on Meta’s platforms to people likely to be interested;
• To meet legal and tax obligations, including retaining payment records as required by Indian law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded photos or gift text for advertising or to train any model.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make Love Teddy work, under contracts that limit what they can do with it:

• Cloudinary — hosts the photos and audio you upload to a gift.
• Razorpay — processes payments; Razorpay has its own privacy policy governing the payment data it collects directly from you.
• Infrastructure providers (hosting and database) — store the application and its data on our behalf.
• Meta (Facebook) — receives advertising and measurement events about your activity on our own pages: pages viewed, that a gift was started or finished, that checkout began, and that a purchase completed, along with the gift’s occasion or template, the amount paid, and Meta’s own cookie identifiers. Where you have an account we also send your email address and account id, each irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves our servers — Meta uses these only to match you to an existing profile.
  We do not send Meta your uploaded photos or audio, anything you wrote inside a gift, the recipient’s name, the sender’s name, or any share link.

Apart from the advertising and measurement events described above, we do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Love Teddy or our users.

Opting out. You can turn off advertising and analytics tracking for this browser at any time by setting the key “lt-no-track” to “1” in your browser’s local storage for myloveteddy.com; we will then stop collecting these events and will tell Meta to exclude you. Browser-level tracking protection and ad blockers also work. Turning it off does not affect any gift you have made.

4. Share links and recipients

When you share a gift, the recipient sees the content you chose to include. The public share page does not reveal your account details, email, or any other gift you have made. Share links are not indexed by search engines and are not publicly listed anywhere on the Service.

A recipient never asked us for anything, so we do not track them. The advertising and analytics cookies described in sections 1 and 3 are not loaded on a shared gift page, and no information about a recipient opening a gift is sent to Meta or any other advertising service. The only thing recorded is the view count shown to the sender.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and gift data for as long as your account is active. If you delete a gift or your account, we remove the associated content and revoke its share link; some records (such as payment confirmations) are retained longer where required for accounting or legal purposes.

6. Your rights

You can access, update or delete most of your information directly from your account. You can also email support@myloveteddy.com to request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or ask a question about how your information is used. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where practical, notify registered users by email.
